Great Britain 1974, cover front, cancelled with finger-prints. In December, 1974, the administrative headquarters moved to Baden-Powell House. Apparently no provision had been made for a new franking meter postmark, and stamps were used. This cover, posted during the Christmas rush, was cancelled with finger-prints! $5
