Czechoslovakia 1991 Czechoslovakia’s scout stamp from 1991 was issued in ordinary panes as well as in booklets. Similar to the stamp, the cover front depicts A. B. Svojsík, founder of scouting in Czechoslovakia, and the same illustration is used both on the stamp and the booklet cover.

The reverse speaks of Svojsík - in Czech - here is a translation:
A. B. Svojsík was the founder of Czechoslovak Scout movement according to the system of Baden-Powell. This movement was to develop into the Junák organization. Its goal is to teach youth the abilities of mutual friendship, fairness and understanding. He is the author of the book "The Foundation of Scouting."
There are no text or illustrations inside the cover.
