The Philippines 1959Philippines 1959 10th World Scout Jamboree first day of issue stamp booklet. The booklet is affixed with the 7 Philippines scout stamps each cancelled first day of issue with the 10th World Scout Jamboree pictorial postmark 17th July 1959.

Thus, this is a souvenir first day of issue booklet, and not a true stamp booklet.
