Stamp Booklets related to Boy Scouts and Girl Guides / Girl Scouts

Portugal issued in 1962 a set of 6 stamps, marking the 18th International Scout Conference. David McKee's "1998 Checklist of Scout, Guide & Brigade Stamps of the World" mentions that these stamps also appear in booklet form. It has now been confirmed that this is not a true stamp booklet, but a first day souvenir booklet. Can anyone supply an image?
Centenary of Scouting 2007, a similar booklet to Azores and Madeira.
